ORDER STATUS
Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing your order confirmation number and pertinent details. Our team will then follow up with the dispatch of your items, entrusting them to our esteemed partners, Aramex, DHL, and other courier agencies, for delivery to your specified address. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress.
Please be aware that order status updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect post-order placement, with an extended timeframe of up to 72 hours during weekends and holidays.

We offer Standard International Delivery for all orders originating delivery times commence upon order acceptance and approval, with estimates provided below. Actual delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and local customs procedures.

CUSTOM CLEARANCE CHARGES

All orders from the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Bahrain are shipped from the same country with no additional charges.

Return Conditions:
Return requests are available within 15 days after delivery for any reason.
All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing. Cellphones, computers, and Pads must be packed with the original seal, unopened, and do not affect the secondary sales or returns will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue.

Dubai customers: Door-to-Door pickup service and self-return are available.
Other cities’ customers: Currently only self-return is available.
Return Shipping Cost
If you choose the Door-to-Door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by Lapivi directly, and if you decide to self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost. If the return shipping cost is over $7, please contact customer service to refund the difference
